Care Quality Commission registration

We are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) with no conditions. The CQC is the independent regulator of health and social care organisations. This registration process requires NHS Trusts to show that they meet a wide range of essential standards.

NHS Provider Licence

Compliance with General Condition 6 of the NHS provider picence

NHS trusts have to complete an annual self-certification against the NHS provider licence and publish the declaration for general condition 6.

The board considered the evidence to support compliance against this condition and confirmed that it was compliant. The signed declaration can be found below.

The licence contains conditions for all providers of NHS services and is one of the tools used to regulate those providers.

We adopted the South West London wound care formulary 1 May 2019.

The formulary supports evidence-based, cost-effective dressings choices and should improve patient care and experience by reducing differences between care settings.

These resources have been developed by the South West London wound care sub-group, made up of tissue viability nurse specialists from primary and secondary care and specialist pharmacists from primary care.

Freedom of information publication scheme

Under the Freedom of Information Act we have a legal obligation to produce a Publication Scheme - through which we proactively publish information and documents required by the Information Commissioner’s Office.
