Local people are invited to find out more about the work of Hounslow and Richmond Community Healthcare NHS Trust (HRCH) at its Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 29 June 2016.
HRCH is the local community NHS trust which provides health services across the neighbouring boroughs of Hounslow and Richmond. The trust runs vital out-of-hospital care services such as district nursing, podiatry, physiotherapy and rehabilitation services, as well as services which help people to improve their lifestyles and live healthier lives.
This year’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held between 6:30 – 7:30pm, Wednesday 29 June 2016 at the trust headquarters in Teddington:
180 High Street
Chairman Stephen Swords said: “Our AGM is an opportunity to showcase our achievements over the year to the local community and outline our plans for the future.
“It’s a chance for local people to find out more about the trust, our work caring for local people and our performance over the year – as well as an opportunity to meet the trust’s board, or ask any questions.”
