NHS cyber-attack: Latest update for HRCH services

Update for patients: 

The x-ray service at Teddington Memorial hospital is now back up and running after interruptions due to the cyber attack incident on 12 May.  

The Walk In Centre is operating as usual for any patients requiring x-ray for minor injuries. 

Outpatient clinics at Teddington Memorial Hospital now also have normal access to their clinical IT systems and test results. 

GP direct referrals for x-rays are also operating as usual.

Update for local NHS / health and social care providers:

X-ray at Teddington Memorial Hospital: CAMIS / RMS/RAD/RIS / PACs are now back up. 

We have restored links to Chelsea & Westminster NHS Foundation trust for PACS, CAMIS, the patient registration system (RIS/RMS) and IEP, and are now able to send X-rays for reporting to West Middlesex radiologists.  

GP hub at Teddington Memorial Hospital (provided by Richmond GP Alliance):  No problems with access to Vision 360. 

Urgent Care Centre (Hounslow): SystmOne operational and full access to PACS.
