Hounslow and Richmond Community Healthcare NHS Trust (HRCH) has launched its annual Staff Awards for 2016 – which aims to recognise the high quality care, commitment and hard work of the trust’s very best staff.
The health trust is inviting local people to nominate the member of their staff that they think should be named the ‘Outstanding employee of the year’ – the community health hero who goes the extra mile to deliver fantastic care or services for patients and local people across Hounslow and Richmond.
The community health trust’s annual staff awards aims to recognise and reward members of their 1000 strong workforce who consistently deliver the highest quality of care or series for patients and colleagues alike.
The ‘Outstanding employee of the year’ award aims to celebrate the success of staff members who excel in their role by delivering consistently outstanding services and whose contribution, effort and attitude serves makes a real difference to services users or colleagues.
Stephen Swords, Chairman for Hounslow and Richmond Community Healthcare NHS Trust, said:
“Our staff awards celebrate the outstanding achievements of individuals and teams who provide vital community health services for local people across Hounslow and Richmond.
“We welcome nominations from patients, families and local people - simply visit our website, complete the online form - and tell us who you'd like to nominate and why.
“We want to make sure our most caring, committed and hard-working staff receive the recognition they deserve – so it is important that patients and local people tell us about their experiences of our staff who have gone the extra mile for them.”
The deadline for nominations is Thursday 6 October and the winners will be announced following the Staff Awards event on 3 November 2016.
