Residents across Hounslow and Richmond have the chance to vote for their NHS health hero as part of the community NHS trust’s annual staff awards, which launched this week.
Hounslow and Richmond Community Healthcare NHS Trust’s staff awards aim to recognise the care, commitment and hard work of the trust’s very best people – those who consistently deliver high-quality care or services for patients in their homes and community settings.
Local people have until 23 October to nominate the person they think should be named ‘Outstanding employee of the year’ – the community health hero who goes the extra mile to deliver fantastic care or services.
Patricia Wright, chief executive of Hounslow and Richmond Community Healthcare NHS Trust, said: “Our staff awards celebrate the outstanding achievements of individuals and teams who provide vital community health services.
“This year we are encouraging local people to tell us who they think should win our outstanding employee of the year award. If you have previously used our services and come across high-quality care or customer service from a member of staff – please help us recognise and reward their hard work and dedication by telling us about your experience.
“We want to hear about any members of our staff who have gone above and beyond to deliver outstanding patient care and services and whose contribution, effort and attitude makes a real difference to you - our patients and local people.”
The deadline for nominations is 5pm on Monday 23 October and winners will be announced following the trust’s Staff Awards event on 16 November.
