Hounslow and Richmond Community Healthcare NHS Trust is championing Men’s Health Week, which takes place between 15 - 21 June 2015.
Men’s Health Week is celebrated every year during the week leading up to Father’s Day and is organised by Men’s Health Forum (MHF) - an independent charity which aims to aid men and boys by tackling inequalities and issues affecting their health.
The theme of this year’s awareness week is 'healthy living for men'. Men’s Health Forum want to promote healthy living and wellbeing in men – and are encouraging men to look at and focus on their lifestyles during the week and think about how they could be improved.
Join our Men's Only Weight Loss Programme
During Men's Health Week and beyond, the trust is partnering up with Men’s Health Forum and Brentford Football Club Community Sports Trust to pilot a men’s only weight-loss programme in aid of “healthy living for men”, which is funded by London Borough of Hounslow’s public health department.
