Hounslow and Richmond Community Healthcare NHS Trust (HRCH) has achieved its highest ever scores for staff who would recommended the trust as a place to work, it was recently revealed in the NHS Staff Friends and Family Test.
The Staff Friends and Family Test is a quarterly survey for NHS staff which was launched across the country last year to collect information on whether NHS staff would recommend their organisation to friends and family as a place to work and receive treatment.
The latest survey results show that the percentage of staff at HRCH who would recommend the trust as a place to work now stands at 66 per cent.
An impressive 86 per cent of staff at HRCH would also recommend the trust’s services to friends and family if they needed treatment, which is HRCH’s second highest score since the survey launched in 2014.
Stephen Swords, chairman for HRCH, said: “I am proud that we are consistently achieving such strong results in these important staff surveys, as it consolidates our vision and values collectively as a trust.”
He added, “It shows that our mission - which is to provide care and services that we and our families would want to use - is not just our mission statement, but is also a reality for staff and patients within the community. The satisfaction of our patients and staff is what makes us thrive as a trust and provides assurance that we continue to deliver the highest level of care and services for local patients and their carers”
