HRCH is part of the Hounslow Borough Based Partnership (BBP).
The partnership brings together health, social care, and wider local authority services to remove barriers to healthcare for our communities, creating the right conditions for local partnerships to thrive.
The partnership does not replace or merge the organisations but brings them together to work more effectively around a shared purpose.
The BBP is chaired by Niall Bolger, Chief Executive of Hounslow Council. It is led by BBP Director Anne Stratton, HRCH Chief Operating Officer.
