The Paediatric Audiology Team have successfully retained their Improving Quality in Physiological Services (IQIPS) accreditation, following an assessment earlier this week.
The accreditation ensures that patients receive consistently high quality care and also brings national recognition to the service with a badge of quality.
The assessors praised the team for their professional, safe practice and excellent patient care. They also called out the service’s in-house training and overall patient experience.
Accreditation requires consistent attention to high standards and quality, so the team are rightly proud of this achievement.
The inspectors did identify some areas for improvement, and we will be working on these over the coming months.
