Hounslow and Richmond Community Healthcare and Kingston Hospital are looking to recruit a non-executive director and associate non-executive director who will support our organisations by bringing insight through clinical expertise.
The non-executive Director (NED) will chair the Board’s Quality Governance Committee, act as the Board’s NED Maternity Safety Champion and act as lead NED for the Governors Quality Scrutiny Committee.
We are looking for board-level clinical experience either in an executive or non-executive capacity, someone who has experience of managing or overseeing large teams of people in complex clinical settings and the ability to contribute and influence at all levels of the organisation.
The associate non-executive director will attend the Board’s Quality Governance Committee, support the NED Maternity Safety Champion and attend the Governors Quality Scrutiny Committee. We are looking for senior level clinical experience with patient safety expertise, gained from a public sector setting, and a commitment to patients and the promotion of excellent healthcare services.
