As of 1 July 2024, community healthcare services in Hounslow are provided by West London NHS Trust.
There will be no changes to patient services, which will continue to operate as normal.

A business case has been submitted to NHS England for a merger between Kingston Hospital and our Richmond community services.
Subject to NHS England and Secretary of State approval, our planned date for completing the merger is 1 November 2024.
Our new organisation will be called Kingston and Richmond NHS Foundation Trust.
